Terms and Conditions — 5555 Pak Platform Rules

Welcome to 5555 Pak. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 5555 Pak ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 5555 Pak website, mobile interface, and all services offered on it, including sports betting, live casino games, crash games, and promotional offers.

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any bet on 5555 Pak, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or continue using the platform. These Terms apply to all users across Pakistan regardless of the device or browser they use to access 5555 Pak.

To use 5555 Pak's betting and gaming services you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to any eligible person who meets the criteria set out in these Terms. When registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• You may hold only one personal account on 5555 Pak at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• All registration information you provide — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 5555 Pak reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time.
• Your 5555 Pak account is personal to you and may not be shared with, sold to, or operated by any other person. Allowing another person to access your account is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not register or operate an account on behalf of a third party, business, or organisation. All accounts on 5555 Pak are individual personal accounts only.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you are not accessing 5555 Pak from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. If your local laws restrict or prohibit such activity, you must not register or use the platform.

5555 Pak is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform. By completing registration, you declare and warrant that you are aged 18 or over.

5555 Pak takes underage gambling prevention seriously. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request a copy of a government-issued identity document — such as a CNIC or passport — to confirm your age. If you are unable to verify your age when requested, your account will be suspended until verification is completed. Any funds in an account belonging to an underage user will be returned to the source payment method and no winnings will be paid.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5555 Pak login credentials — your username and password. Do not share these with anyone. 5555 Pak staff will never ask for your password. Any activity carried out from your account while you are logged in — whether by you or someone who has accessed your credentials — is your responsibility.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 5555 Pak account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available, for an additional layer of security on your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 5555 Pak support immediately. We will temporarily freeze the account while the situation is investigated.
• 5555 Pak is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials or failing to secure their login details, except in cases where a security breach originates from our systems.

5555 Pak accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are accepted:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your name. 5555 Pak does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an unverified or mismatched source, it may be returned and the account suspended pending verification. 5555 Pak does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5555 Pak is committed to fast, hassle-free withdrawals. Most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 10–15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account in your own name. 5555 Pak will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for IBFT transfers.
• A withdrawal cannot be processed until any active bonus wagering requirements linked to your balance are fully met. Your available withdrawal balance is shown clearly in the Cashier section of your account.
• 5555 Pak may request identity verification before processing large withdrawals. This is standard KYC procedure and is required to protect your funds from unauthorised withdrawal requests.
• In cases where a deposit was made using a Visa or Mastercard, the withdrawal will first be returned to the originating card up to the deposited amount. Any excess winnings may be paid via an alternative method.
• 5555 Pak reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to investigate unusual account activity. In such cases, you will be notified and the process will be resolved as quickly as possible.

5555 Pak offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, free crash bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published at the time each offer is launched:

• Bonuses are credited to your 5555 Pak account as bonus balance, which cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus balance must be converted to real-money balance by completing the stated wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, as stated per offer) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement must generate Rs 10,000 in total qualifying bets.
• Only bets placed on qualifying games or markets count towards wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game type is specified in the individual bonus terms. As a general guide: crash games and live casino typically contribute 100%; certain other game types may contribute less.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Unused bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• 5555 Pak reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated on the platform or via email to registered players.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Any player found exploiting bonus structures — through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated group play — will have their bonus revoked and may face account suspension.

All sports betting and gaming activity on 5555 Pak is governed by the following rules. These apply across cricket betting, football betting, and all other sports markets available on the platform:

• A bet is confirmed when the "Confirm Bet" action is completed and a bet reference number is issued by 5555 Pak's system. Bets that have not received a reference number are not active and have not been placed.
• 5555 Pak reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its discretion — including where a bet exceeds market risk limits, where odds were published in error, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or voided if a match is disrupted, abandoned, or if 5555 Pak is unable to verify reliable live data. In such cases, applicable rules for each sport (e.g., minimum overs for cricket) will determine settlement.
• For cricket betting, 5555 Pak follows ICC match regulations for settlement purposes. If a match is shortened by weather or other interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjusted scores are used where applicable.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your bet. 5555 Pak does not honour odds that were displayed due to a technical error.
• Any bet placed on a market where the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was placed — due to a data feed delay or platform error — will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum single-bet and accumulator limits vary by market. These are shown within the betting interface. 5555 Pak may apply reduced maximum bet limits to individual accounts based on betting history.

Live casino games (including Baccarat and Andar Bahar) and crash games (including Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman) on 5555 Pak are governed by the rules of the individual game provider, in addition to these Terms. Players acknowledge the following:

• All crash games on 5555 Pak use a provably fair RNG algorithm. The crash point for each round is generated before bets are placed and cannot be altered once a round begins. Players may verify results using the round hash provided after each game.
• Live dealer games use physical cards dealt by a real human dealer. Results are final once the dealer completes the dealing sequence. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not entitle the player to a refund if the round has already commenced.
• Cash-out in crash games is processed immediately upon the player's request. 5555 Pak is not liable for failed cash-outs resulting from the player's own internet connection failure, provided the platform's systems were functioning normally.
• The maximum win from a single crash game round at 5555 Pak is capped at Rs 5,000,000. This limit is applied regardless of the theoretical maximum multiplier of the game in question.
• In the event of a platform malfunction during a live game or crash round that affects the result, 5555 Pak will void the affected round and return stakes to all participating players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5555 Pak. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Chargebacks — Initiating a fraudulent chargeback on a genuine deposit to retain both the deposited funds and any winnings or bonuses obtained from them.
• Money Laundering — Using 5555 Pak to deposit, bet minimally, and withdraw for the purpose of disguising the origin of funds. All suspicious activity is reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Bonus Abuse — Opening multiple accounts, using false identities, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers beyond their intended individual use.
• Collusion in Live Games — Coordinating with other players at a live casino table to gain an unfair advantage — for example, sharing hole-card information in live card games.
• Automated Betting — Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or cash out in crash games, unless the 5555 Pak platform explicitly provides an auto-bet feature within its own interface.
• Exploiting Technical Errors — Deliberately exploiting a platform error — such as incorrect odds, infinite balance glitches, or game malfunctions — to generate artificial winnings.

You may close your 5555 Pak account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering) will be paid to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Requests submitted to support@5555pak.click are processed within 24 hours.

5555 Pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass age or identity verification when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the account.
• The account is found to be a duplicate of an existing account.
• At 5555 Pak's discretion, where continued operation of the account poses unacceptable commercial or legal risk.

In the event of termination for cause, 5555 Pak reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where misconduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.

5555 Pak is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling is entertainment — it should never be a source of financial stress or distress. We provide the following tools, all of which are available free of charge from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

• Session Time Reminders — Receive a pop-up alert after a chosen duration of continuous play — useful for crash game sessions where time can blur.

The 5555 Pak name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the 5555 Pak brand for any commercial purpose — including fake social media accounts, phishing sites, or unofficial apps claiming to represent 5555 Pak — is a violation of trademark law and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5555 Pak's liability to you in connection with these Terms is limited to the value of funds held in your registered account at the time a claim arises. 5555 Pak is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's failure to log out of a shared device or failure to protect login credentials.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions — all bets are placed at the player's own risk and discretion.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action affecting internet infrastructure in Pakistan.
• Delays in payment processing caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Content accuracy of third-party game providers integrated into the 5555 Pak platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 5555 Pak's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

5555 Pak reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of 5555 Pak after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The current version of these Terms is always available at 5555pak.click/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published. If you disagree with any updated Terms, you must stop using 5555 Pak and may close your account by contacting our support team.
